Senior Relationship Manager | Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the Bank's corporate banking and trade finance business
• Review the analysis of customer's business and financial status including financial spreadsheet
• Drafting legal documents for standard type of bilateral credit facilities including working capital loan facility, trade finance facility
• Negotiate and liaise between customer and internal legal counsel regarding legal issues and facility documentation
• Monitor credit facilities and credit processing system
• Identify potential customers and conduct marketing calls to gain new customers for activating corporate banking and trade finance business
• Recommend and provide advice to safeguard the Bank's position through performing KYC requirements for each account

Requirements

• Degree holder with 10-15 relevant working years in similar functional responsibility in corporate banking industry
• Excellent working knowledge and experience in corporate banking and trade finance products
• Able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
