Senior Research Analyst, Executive Search

As a key member of Korn Ferry's Global Technology Practice, the Senior Research Analyst will play an integral part in further building the research function within our retained executive search practice. Most of our clients operate globally and we help clients in searching for senior leaders in various functional expertise areas.

We are looking for a talented professional, skilled in research and able to balance multiple searches at one time. The ideal Senior Research Analyst operates independently yet functions well in teams balances drive and initiative with good judgment communicates effectively with candidates and clients and delivers results with ethics and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generatinga go-to-market strategy,including industry, company, and candidate ideas, in co-operation withthe practice's Senior Client Partner and Managing Associate.
• Settingassessmentsagainst clientrequirements andcompetencies.
• Conductingthorough research to navigate key companies and build accurate, encompassing lists of candidates accurately reflecting client profile.
• Conductingphone interviews with candidates,checking fit with the role.
• Effectivelypresentingkey research findings to otherteammembers.
• Prepare, write, and present progress reports to clients.
• Balancingdeadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time.
• Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company's internal database.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of human resources, search, selection, or consultancy.
• Experience in activecandidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
• Hands-on mentality:highsense of urgencyand knows how to work under pressure.
• Creative and commercial.
• Extensive interest in a broad spectrum of subjects.
• Excellentanalytical skills.
• Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Articulate, cogent verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.
