In this role, you will manage a variety of projects from start to finish, delivering valuable insights and business strategies to your clients. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, helping to oversee juniors/interns and maintaining client relationships to ensure that each project meets its objectives and drives meaningful business outcomes.
While Quantitative research engagements will be the main focus of your role, the hiring company is building a team of mixed method researchers and we are therefore looking for someone who has Quantitative research experience yet with the passion to learn everything Qualitative!
Your main responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage mixed method research projects simultaneously, from supporting with proposal development to data collection, analysis, and final reporting.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and translating them into actionable research plans.
- Survey Design and Implementation: Develop survey instruments that meet research objectives, including drafting questionnaires and ensuring data quality.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct data analysis and interpret data to extract key findings and trends, creating clear and actionable insights for clients.
- Reporting: Create and deliver presentations with compelling narratives and actionable recommendations, translating data into visually engaging reports.
- Team support: Help mentor and guide junior researchers, providing feedback and helping to build their skills in research methods as well as other skills such as project management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of all research outputs, maintaining high standards for data validity and reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in consumer quantitative market research within an agency environment (around 2+ years)
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling stories from data.
- Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills are required.
- Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their objectives.
- Team Player: Experience working in a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior team members to enhance their professional development.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus on quality in every aspect of the research process.
