[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the development and implementation research projects.
2. Extract, transform and load data from multiple-sources
3. Conduct data analysis to address queries from stakeholders.
4. Prepare and tailor research reports and publications for a range of stakeholders (e.g., academic experts, policy-makers, public).
5. Manage research team in training of research assistants and supervising the collection of longitudinal data
6. Undertake administrative tasks related to the research project.
7. Organise research-related networking and dissemination activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, communities of practice).

Skills Required:
. Strong analytical skills and proficient in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata)
. Experience with large scale quantitative studies and skilled in managing large datasets
. Strong project management skills
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience & Special Certification(s):
. Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public policy, economics)
. Experience in the social service sector and/or policy work is a plus.
