Qualifications & Experience
1. 8+ years of experience in civil & structural engineering
2. Relevant experience in deep excavation, foundation, tunnel, and building works
3. Recognized Civil & Structural Engineering degree (PEB Singapore)
4. Accredited by JAC (IES/ACES)
5. Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration
6. Strong leadership, supervision, and interpersonal skills
7. Commitment to safety and health
8. Familiarity with statutory codes, quality control, and construction administration
