In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.
Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in fashion retail industry preferrably with supervisory experience
Good communication and presentation skills
