European top multinational company is looking for a Risk & Compliance Associate (Senior) to join their Singapore team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster collaborative partnerships across various functions and communicate findings to process owners and management effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on process flows and streamline existing processes and internal controls.
- Monitor and proactively manage risk exposure.
- Coordinate and verify contractual agreements as well as key management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of in Risk Management or Compliance, with an advantage for candidates with Big 4 experience.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read and comprehend Chinese documents required.
- Experience in handling contractual agreements to meet compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations is viewed as an added advantage.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effective problem-solving.
- This position is only open to those with valid working rights in Singapore, visa sponsorship will not be provided.
