The Role:
As an RPA Developer in our consulting practice, you'll focus on automating processes for our clients across various industries. This client-facing role combines technical RPA expertise with exceptional communication skills to ensure our clients needs are met with innovative and efficient automation solutions. You'll be tasked with identifying automation opportunities, designing bespoke RPA strategies, and implementing these solutions directly. Your work will involve close collaboration with clients to understand their challenges and provide expert guidance and support throughout the automation journey.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in RPA development, with a proven track record in implementing automation solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in RPA software such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python) is a plus.
Client Engagement: Excellent ability to engage with clients, understand their business processes, and translate their needs into effective automation solutions.
Analytical Skills: Capability to identify and evaluate automation opportunities within complex business processes.
Problem Solving: Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: RPA tool certifications are highly desirable.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a cooperative work environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and shifting priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
