Responsibilities:
- Oversee distribution management for direct users and distributors.
- Drive revenue growth in the assigned territories.
- Achieve sales targets and develop plans to implement strategic business objectives aligned with the group's vision and mission.
- Proactively create new applications and communicate them to distributors.
- Collaborate with the Regional Team to provide monthly and quarterly updates on sales forecasts, budgets, sales generation, business development, and related reports.
- Utilize Salesforce as a forecasting tool to ensure accurate and well-maintained records of prospects and clients, while building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Support, quote, and negotiate prices, credit terms, contract agreements, and other specifications as needed.
Requirements:
- With 3 years of experience in industrial product selling.
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
- Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
