What you will do:
As Sales Account Manager, you will build relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. Services and supports existing customer accounts in assigned local geographic area, with a limited sales target or quota.
How You Will Do It:
You will be tasked with increasing after-sales services for HVAC systems & Fire solution on ocean going vessels
We are seeking for a Hunter to generate new service accounts from our install bases
Understand decision making structure within customers organization chain is critical to success
Ability to connect, engage with key influencing decision makers, and build network within customer network
Qualify accounts and assess potentials and create customer business plans for YoY growth
Identify, investigate, track and close sales opportunities
Ability to articulate value proposition
Team player and highly collaborative to work across different stakeholders
What We Look For:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in either Sales or Engineering discipline
At least 3 years sales experience working in the Marine or Oil and Gas
Knowledge of compressors or fire detection / suppression systems is preferred
Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.
Strong customer focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills
A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility.
