Senior Sales Executive (B2B/ to Healthcare/Environment market)
Role Overview: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth in assigned markets. This self-starting role involves market research, strategy development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Our products: Electrical & Electronic Components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, preparing reports on market opportunities.
- Set and achieve sales targets, identify and target new business opportunities in Healthcare/Environment segments, and develop and execute sales plans.
- Manage customer relationships, handle complaints, and conduct business meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams, participating in team meetings and strategic planning.
- Responsible to manage a group of customers, works closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and perform sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong market research and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
