Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Excellence and Sales Team
• Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Present and negotiate proposals, closing deals effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service from enquiries, delivery to post sales feedbacks & follow up
• Prepare quotations & invoices for customers
• Managing key accounts and corporate portfolio
• Keep track & follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Prepare weekly sales reports to be submitted timely to management
• Any other taskings assigned by the Management
