Senior/ Sales Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities

• Hunt for business to achieve department's budget target.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate container releases.
• Ensure timely payments by following up with customers.
• Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 year of sales/ business develoment experience, preferably from logistics or freight forwarding industry.
