Job Description
- Enhance sales volume with existing accounts and bring in new customers monthly for assigned trade lanes including cross trades.
- Nurture excellent relations with clients and make sure their requirements have been professionally understood and responded to
- Hndle the rate requests and RFQs, problem solving for operation issues timely
- Ensure the assigned Trade lifting is successfully fulfilled and promoting growth for the accounts.
- Perform contract negotiation with the clients and follow up on sales leads. To monitor and gather up to date market information.
- To sell & work on project cargoes aside container liner business.
- To achieve the business volume for Outbound numbers, to match Inbound numbers and reducing idling of empties.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Maritime or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in B2B Sales.
- Prior experience within the Container Shipping / Logistics / Maritime industries will be highly advantageous.
- A proactive problem-solver with ability to influence and drive results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
