Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, leveraging networks in the targeted market and secure business opportunities
- Leading the entire sales process from understanding prospect needs, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating to closing deals
- Prospect, acquire and grow new Bossjob client accounts
- Become a subject matter expert on our business product, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Attend key industry events and conferences
- Leading pre-sales and post-sales follow up; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in recruitment industry
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Experience in SaaS products will be advantage
- Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
- Initiative and good communication skill
- Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
- Target driven with track record of thriving in a dynamic environment
- Willing to travel across region as business requires
