Hippo Prop is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong sales drive to accelerate revenue growth and champion innovative marketing approaches. This pivotal role supports the Head of Sales in steering high-impact sales strategies while coordinating with digital marketing to amplify results. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Agent Management
- Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to boost lead generation, conversion rates, and overall team performance, with a hands-on approach to managing and motivating real estate agents.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to establish clear sales targets for agents, using data-driven insights to tailor marketing support for individual agent needs and objectives.
- Provide consistent coaching and performance feedback to agents, equipping them with effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and tools to close deals efficiently.
- Cultivate a performance-driven culture within the agent team, ensuring each agent is supported, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
Agent Recruitment & Development
- Support the Head of Sales in agent recruitment efforts by designing targeted campaigns that highlight Hippo Prop as the premier agency for top-performing agents.
- Lead the development of recruitment materials and communication strategies that emphasize Hippo Prop's unique support and growth opportunities for agents, attracting high-caliber talent.
- Play a key role in agent onboarding, providing new agents with a solid foundation in Hippo Prop's tools, brand, and processes to ensure they are set up for sales success.
Marketing and Online Advertising
- Collaborate with marketing team for online advertising, social media, and content marketing initiatives to support agent recruitment, property listings, and client outreach, aiming to expand Hippo Prop's market presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on managing and supporting real estate agents, or a comparable sales-driven team.
- Proven track record of creating and executing sales strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth, with a strong understanding of marketing's role in supporting sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team toward high performance.
- Experience in agent recruitment and onboarding is preferred, though not required.
