About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on forming partnerships with Private Banks and Wealth Managers and introducing Titanbays leading private market investment solution.

This role is crucial in driving business growth and expanding our footprint in Singapore and the wider APAC region. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and target-driven professional with a deep understanding of private markets and a strong track record in B2B sales. Your consultative approach and solution-oriented mindset will enable you to understand our prospective partners needs and deliver tailored investment solutions that drive significant AUM growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote private market investment solutions to Private Banks and Wealth Managers in Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Identify, engage and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organisations to drive business growth.
  • Proactively carve out new opportunities in the market and generate new business leads.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ requirements and providing tailored solutions that meet their investment objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of investment solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our offerings.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in fund sales, with a strong focus on private market investment solutions.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the Banking and Wealth Management sectors.
  • In-depth product knowledge of private markets, with the ability to articulate and position solutions effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Regional expertise in Singapore and/or APAC market is highly desirable
