Identify new opportunities, develop new businesses, and maintain existing customers- Attend to and follow up on sales enquiries and quotations
Administer sales fulfillment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
- Ensure prompt response to meet customer satisfaction
Prepare sales analysis reports for Management as required.- Ability to develop and maintain a professional relationship with our valued customers.
Handle E-Commerce platform campaigns and ads strategy
- Handle brand identity and the brands business pages and social media channels
Achieve monthly sales target, KPI- Handle company transformation/ continuous improvement projects
Handle E-Commerce (Shoppee, Lazada, Q10, Shopify etc.)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
Preferably with sales or customer service experience will have an added advantage- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic individual with high personal motivation and achievement-orientated with an interest in sales as a career.
