Job Description:
- Acts as the focal point for SAP related matters.
- Analyze new requirements raised by business and work with HQIT to implement the changes.
- Prioritize IT Project Requests (ITPR, PBD) and other IT related initiatives.
- Coordinate related UAT activities and provide post Go-Live support.
- Handles second line SAP support and escalate to HQIT for issue investigation and resolution.
- Provides training to end users.
- Provides assistance in the development of SAP training materials and quick reference guides.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Minimum 2-4 years hands-on experience in SAP techno functional support role
- Good knowledge in SAP SD, MM, FICO module.
- Have experience in working with different time zones with region HQ.
- Good project management and communication skills.
- Previous experience in consultancy firms will be a plus.
- SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana
- Proficient in EDI, IDOCS troubleshooting.
- Proficient in SAP Configuration.
- Proficient in SAP Output configuration, testing, troubleshooting.
