Responsibilities:
This position will require the candidate to perform SAP Basis administration role as well as system administration for Kyriba and Ariba. This role will require the candidate to:
- Collaborate with SAP Client Delivery Manager (CDM) and CDL Application teams to plan and execute system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SAP, Kyriba and Ariba.
- User administration and role assignments for SAP S/4HANA, Kyriba and Ariba.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Perform transport requests across development, quality assurance and production system.
- Liaise with SAP EMS and support team to perform client copy operation, security patches and upgrades.
- Perform system optimization
- Coordinate with SAP CDM to implement backup and recover strategies and test data restoration procedures.
- Coordinate with SAP CDM to execute DR exercise.
- Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a primary focus on SAP technology (SAP BASIS).
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical administrative role, managing SAP products running on SAP S/4HANA
Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, GRC, Solution Manager, Cloud Technologies (BTP), and Basis & Security management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP technologies and products, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency.
- Proven capability to manage complex operational tasks, effectively track service requests, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Strong collaborative skills with a track record of seamless project delivery and effective teamwork in cross-functional environments
