- Develop/Implement security strategies in accordance with HQ policies to protect against security risks
- Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and coordinating with security personnel/vendors.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments recommend security improvements, corrective and preventive measures
- Manage security systems, including surveillance, access control, visitor management and coordinate safety protocols across departments.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors
- Support audits, prepare security related documentation, respond to security incidents/breaches and assist with emergency response plans or additional projects
- Liaise with local authorities and stay updated on regulations and industry trends
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience in security management
- Experience in managing physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems will have added advantageous
- Strong knowledge of security regulations, Workplace Safety and Health guidelines, related compliance standards
