Job Description

Position Title: Senior Security Officer

• Working Location: Island Wide

Working Hours: 5/6days (

• 00 am-8.00 pm/8.00 pm-8.00 am)
• Salary Package: BasicSalary $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

• Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure effective security operations.

• Oversee security measures and procedures at designated locations.

Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and prepare detailed reports.

• Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations.

Conduct training sessions and mentor junior security officers.

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Maintain and update security records and documentation.

• Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Liaise with clients, building management, and tenants to address security concerns and provide solutions.

Valid PLRD license with RTT, CSSPB, and PAPP training.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly and effectively.

• Strong observational and analytical skills.

Proficient in using security systems and technology.

• Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
