Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provisioin of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry
Provide technical consultation to customers
Respond to customers requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline
Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance
Possess people management and technical experience in similar industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Charismatic leader with ability to work independently and as a team player
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
