Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provision of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- Respond to customers requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline
- Prepare service reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
