Job Description

Identify customer requirements.

Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to Yokogawa solutions and 3rd party IT solution packages

Provide technical support to customers.

Act as functional consultant to customers, SSO Sales and Marketing team, SSO technical and service team. (including helpdesk and solution developers)

Customer requirement clarification, functional testing, system integration testing, compatibility testing and technical support validation Advising on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on business processes and system

Formulating pre-sales strategies, scope analysis, and demonstrations, development of tenders and proposals, and project cost estimates.

Experience

At least five years experience as a project / service engineer for implementation and/or maintenance of IT Applications, Infrastructure/Systems in Cloud or On-premises IT systems.

Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premises to cloud migration deployments.

Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other Cloud Environments.

At least two years of working experience in Singapore practicing IT Service Management (ITSM) framework such as ITIL as L1 or L

  • Experience with the following will be advantageous:


    Intrusion Detection / Intrusion Protection

    Computer Forensic

    Cyber Threat Intelligence

    Security Incident Response

    Education

    Diploma or Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent.

    Knowledge/Professional Skills

    ITIL v4 certified or equivalent.

    Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate or equivalent certification.

    Project Management related certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or CITPM (Associate) would be advantageous.

    Technical knowledge or skills required:


    Knowledge and understanding of key differences between most popular cloud provider solutions and cloud orchestration tools. (e.g. Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, etc)

    Knowledge in Industrial Automation, Control and Instrumentation will be good to have.

    Good in communication. (written and spoken)

    Good presentation skills.

    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical skills.

    Ability to work independently at the same time be a team player in a dynamic working environment.

    Willingness to adapt to changing requirements.

    Willingness to travel around Singapore
