- Create and craft cocktails, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and other concoctions to ensure that the restaurant has a unique and desirable menu of options for diners.
- Keep control of the cash (perform bank-in duties), and alcohol storeroom.
- Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant menu, including food and beverage offerings, specials, and promotions. Assist diners with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment during the outlet's operation.
- Required to supervise and train junior staff
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate Superior/Restaurant Manager, like serving and cashiering
- Required to assist in all other assigned duties.

Work Hours: 6 days/week, 8 hrs/shift (rotating)
