What you will do:
As Senior Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems. Your expertise in servicing, maintenance, overhaul, testing, and commissioning will contribute to the optimal performance of our clients heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
How you will do it:
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment, including identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions.
Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired HVAC systems to verify their performance.
Diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure continuous system operations.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate records of service reports, equipment status, and maintenance schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks and assignments.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
What we look for:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Preferably 3 to 5 years working experience as service technician to HVAC.
Self-motivated, hardworking and positive, hunter personality.
Willing to learn new things
