In charge of overseeing multiple sites and providing guidance and support to Site Supervisor as needed.
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets.
Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to implement and monitor safety measures, conducting incident investigations if required.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address any technical issues and recommend improvements.
Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure their efficient utilization.
Any other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Possess a certificate with at least 5 years of experience in site supervision within the building construction industry, or has relevant experience in the local construction industry.
