This role offers the opportunity to guide and design digital transformation projects as a trusted advisor and consultant to our clients in manufacturing and various industries. The job involves identification of business cases for digital solutions, developing transformation plans, and drive the sequence of events towards completion of client buying process. The ideal candidate should be able to engage with client senior management with confidence and elevate the brand image of Yokogawa as trusted partner to our customers.
Responsibilities
Engage with client senior management to identify gaps and value creation opportunities which could be addressed by Yokogawa Digital Enterprise Solutions Portfolios of products and services.
Lead and facilitate smart manufacturing (Industry
- 0) assessment program workshops using independent frameworks such as Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and relevant Functional Area Assessment methodologies developed by Yokogawa.
Create digital transformation roadmaps following these assessments, and to support proposal and delivery team to defining scope, spend budget and timelines prior to presentation to the client.
Develop engaging and succinct presentations to clients independently or with the support of Subject Matters Experts.
Collaborate with client or Yokogawa field sales to justify the project and to initiate a sequence of events that will lead to the completion of the buying process.
Developing sales pipeline for Operations Management and Control of Work Solutions in YEA regions by driving the go to market strategies, in collaborations with Yokogawas established sales teams.
Ultimately this role will contribute to expansion of Yokogawa market share in new solutions area and/or new customer base, measured by pipeline quality and order intake.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years operation experience in process industry company and/or technical sales and consulting experience.
Experienced in facilitating discussions with clients senior management levels and deliver formal presentations.
Ability to assess customers operational challenge, clearly explain the problems on hand, formulate a solution and define a deliverable scope.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals.
Experience with scoping and deploying OT and IT digital solutions for a variety of manufacturing environments.
Thorough understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and technology across energy & sustainability, material, and life industries.
Good understanding of OT/IT architectures and digital applications in process industry.
Consulting experience or internal consulting roles with experience a plus
Ability to facilitate the development of a transformation roadmap that achieves the business objectives with a senior team.
Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills.
