Responsibilities
. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements.
. Develop functional specifications for T24 system enhancements.
. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business needs.
. Configure T24 modules based on business requirements.
. Oversee customization to ensure compliance with standards and minimal risk.
. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality.
. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback.
. Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
. Maintain detailed records of system changes and configurations.
. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
. Provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
. Assist with post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Skills/Requirement
. Solid background in working with the T24 core banking system( Wealth Management ), including experience in modules like Accounts, Loans, Payments, or Treasury.
. A strong understanding of banking operations, products, and workflows.
. Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
. Experience in managing or contributing to large-scale banking projects is a plus.
. T24 Customization and Configuration: Knowledge of T24 programming (e.g., jBASE, InfoBasic) and configuration settings.
. Familiarity with SQL and database query skills.
. Experience with reporting and analysis tools that integrate with T24.
. Proficiency in using software testing tools and frameworks
