Responsible for core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
Responsible for technical design, ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key stakeholder to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with the Lead Technical consultant and stakeholder to optimize existing and develop new service catalog and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Min 5 - 8 years experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
Hands on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow solution in client environment
Solid understanding of best practises to be followed while configuration and integration of the ServiceNow or other IT workflow platform
Have minimum ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist
