What You'll Do
- A broad knowledge of the Genesys solution landscape with deep technical skills
- Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large and global enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects such as telephony system replacement
- The ability to organize tasks and next steps
- Historical and Real Time Reporting
- Workforce Optimization
- Good understanding of architecture and design solutions
- Understanding of security principles
- Integrations with back office systems
- Understanding of networks and communications platforms.
What Will Make You Shine
- University degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering or a related field
- SME with 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Engage on-prem
- Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine knowledge
- Configuration, integration of Genesys voice platform
- Genesys version 8.x knowledge and workspace Desktop Edition
- Genesys SIP Server and GVP knowledge. Integration with Cisco TServer experience is a plus IRD Routing Strategy development for Voice or async channels such as email eServices and/or iWD knowledge
- UNIX / LINUX system administration knowledge and system administration know-how
- A dedication to get in touch with IT technology (servers, databases, files)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- A confident communicator who can explain technology to non-technical audiences
- Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into efficient incident support
- Motivated and self-reliant person
- Fluent in English
Desirable
- DevOps experience as an advantage, but not the must
- Java, J2EE knowledge
- Banking or financial services domain experience is a plus
- Knowledge on cloud platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Virtual Machines, Docker containers
- Knowledge of the Cloud Platform like AWS, GCP or similar will be an advantage.
