Responsibilities:
.Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Private Wealth system (FinIQ platform) and other assigned banking systems (including bespoke Backoffice systems and tools).
.Analyze, design, develop, customize, test, implement, and maintain assigned systems.
.Work closely with the Tech Lead to gather requirements from users, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development/customisation.
.Create and update functional and technical documentation, as well as prepare test cases.
.Develop, modify, and customize applications/platforms based on requirements, overseeing or working with other team members when necessary.
.Conduct peer reviews of source code and documentation.
.Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
.Prepare release procedures and support production implementations.
.Update user manuals, system operational manuals, and other essential documentation.
.Troubleshoot issues and problems, provide workarounds and/or work with the product vendor to resolve the issue where necessary.Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.
Requirements:
.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
.5+ years of experience in software development with Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, Azure).
.3+ years of hands-on experience with the FinIQ platform in Private Wealth management.
.Strong understanding of the banking domain, particularly in Private Wealth.
.Proven ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
.Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies, particularly waterfall.
.Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination abilities.
