- Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Private Wealth system (FinIQ platform) and other assigned banking systems, including custom back-office systems and tools.
- Conduct analysis, design, development, customization, testing, implementation, and maintenance for the designated systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to gather user requirements, perform technical impact assessments, and estimate development/customization efforts.
- Prepare and update functional and technical documentation, as well as test cases.
- Develop, modify, and customize applications/platforms according to requirements, and oversee or collaborate with other team members during the development process as needed.
- Conduct peer reviews of source code and documentation.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Prepare release procedures and assist with production implementations.
- Update user manuals, system operational manuals, and other necessary documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds, and collaborate with the product vendor to resolve problems as needed. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, Azure development).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the FinIQ platform in the context of Private Wealth.
- Strong knowledge of the banking domain, with a focus on Private Wealth.
- Experience working in a complex matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly the waterfall model.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
