Main Responsibilities:
. Assist specialists in advanced clinical and dental procedures.
. Prepare, sterilize, and manage specialist dental instruments.
. Ensure high standards of infection control during specialist treatments.
. Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities, ensuring readiness for specialist procedures.
. Cast models and handle lab cases for advanced treatments.
. Ensure patient comfort throughout specialist treatments.
. Perform desk duties with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
. Train and mentor junior dental assistants as needed.
. Assist with inventory management for specialist instruments.
. Handle any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor or Specialist.
Requirements
. Minimum 2 year of experience as a Dental Assistant, assisting in specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics.
. Strong ability to work independently, with excellent decision-making skills and proactive initiative in a specialist environment.
. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for patient care.
. High attention to detail in infection control and handling specialized instruments.
. Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.
. Familiarity with specialized dental procedures, equipment, and materials is required.
. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting.
