Your new role

• Internal Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, build relationships, and ensure service expectations.
• IFM Vendor Management: Coordinate contractor management, review financial reports, and provide feedback.
• Operational Management: Implement escalation procedures, manage problem reporting, and administer master data.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop initiatives for cost savings and service improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in managing soft and hard facilities
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive cost savings and service improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, or service industries (advantageous)
