Senior Specification Consultant (Building Material/5 Days/Up To $5000)

Job Summary:

Our client a leading building materials company that offers end-to-end surfacing solutions spread across laminates, compacts, Interior and exterior cladding are hiring for an Senior Specification Consultant to join their admirable team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to hunt and penetrate new accounts and service existing customers.
• Managing architects/design consultants/main contractor and carpenters.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with the existing potential customers to bring greater revenue to the company
• To build sustain good relationship with customers for long term businesses.
• Prompt following up on upcoming/on-going projects
• To achieve sales target through specifying project ranging from development residential/healthcare/hospitality/commercial and others

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.
