On-call allowance and additional compensation for callbacks
Work Schedule:
Staggered working hours (Monday to Friday)
Rotating Saturday half-day shifts
On-call duties for 2 weeks straight, once every 1.5 months
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care in the Cardiovascular Suite, assisting with interventional cardiovascular procedures while adhering to radiology safety protocols.
Handle a wide range of cases beyond heart-related procedures.
Manage patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation) in the Closed Monitoring Unit (CMU).
Perform pre-procedure checks and prepare patients for procedures, including administering pre-medications.
Assist in interventional procedures and prepare necessary instrument trolleys.
Monitor patient recovery post-procedure and respond to emergencies efficiently.
Administer contrast media safely and manage patient history regarding contraindications.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Post-Basic Specialty Certificate or Advanced Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurses.
At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 1 year in interventional cardiology, radiology, or a related field.
Open to Singaporean citizens and PR holders only.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a scrub nurse in a Cath Lab or in a Cardiac ICU, with willingness to transition to Cath Lab work.
Comfortable working in a radiation environment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work extended hours for procedures, on-call shifts, and callbacks as needed.
