Senior/ Staff Nurse (Day Ward)

Job Summary:

Provide nursing care and support to patients admitted to the hospital's Day Ward, managing pre-procedure, post-procedure, and observation care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after their treatments or procedures in the Day Ward.
• Procedure Support:
  Assist with minor procedures, provide patient education, and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
• Monitoring & Observation:
  Track vital signs, observe patients recovery, and provide necessary interventions during their stay in the Day Ward.
• Discharge Preparation:
  Prepare patients for discharge, provide post-care instructions, and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience.
