Senior / Staff Nurse - Home Care (Office Hours)

Job Description

. Office Hour, 8.00am - 5.30pm

. Office Location - Islandwide

. Basic up to $7000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering patient-centre and compassionate care according to patients needs
• Coordinate the care of patient through advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patient conditions
• Monitor, reassess and evaluate patient's condition in implementing care plan for the patient
• Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Experience working in hospital or hospice setting preferred
• Experience in oncology / palliative care / geriatrics / gerontology will be an added advantage
