You will assist the supervisors in the management of the inventory (drugs and consumables), topping up,repackaging of drugs and be involved in the automati on processes. You will maintain the general cleanliness of thepharmacy premise and provide assistance to the operati onal supervisors.
Job Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping
- Perform housekeeping at pharmacy counters, tables, cashier counters, display shelves etc daily.
- Perform general housekeeping acti viti es in the pharmacy (e.g. clearing carton boxes).
- Inventory Management
- Receive and check that goods are delivered in good conditi on.
- Distribute pharmaceuti cal items to various secti ons, nursing stati ons etc and ensure properdocumentati on of all stock movements.
- Check and monitor pharmacy inventory.
- Top up of inventory according to expiry dates and to ensure stocks are in good conditi on.
- Record and dispose expired and deteriorated drugs.
- Ensure proper procedures for return of goods to vendors.
- Ensure stocks are kept under appropriate storage conditi ons.
- Perform housekeeping of storage areas
- Pre-packing of tablets/ capsules and loti ons
- Monitor stock level of consumables (e.g. paper, Ziploc bags, plasti c bags etc)
- Assist in cycle count and stock-take preparati ons.
- General
- Perform housekeeping of equipment including refrigerators and etc.
- Monitor the cleaning works of the ISS team at the Pharmacy premise
- Provide training to new health att endants and storekeepers.
- Involve in work place improvement projects/ acti viti es as and when required.
- Perform any other duti es as assigned by the Reporti ng Offi cer.
Job Requirements
- GCE N or O Level
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Good team player, self-moti vated and service-oriented
Working Hours
5.5 days work week (Non-Shift)
