Gravitas is partnering with one of the big global leader to search for a Senior Strategy Consultant - technology transformation to partner with clients to navigate the rapidly changing technology landscape, driving innovation and growth.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in technology and consulting to drive sales, develop client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives that align with our clients business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in tech strategy consulting. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive technology strategies that align with their overall business goals. Lead workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and client recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and delivery teams, to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on technology strategy and sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales and developing client relationships within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
