Senior Structural Design Engineer (Viaducts)

• Reports to the Design Manager
• Lead a team of design engineers/drafters to ensure smooth work flow
• Review all structural design related matters with Client(LTA) / Authorities / Design consultant / Subcontractor
• Prepare and submit all design deliverables to LTA
• Provide advice to construction team, highlight potential design risk to all stakeholders

Job requirements

• Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent, Master holder in Structural engineering preferred
• Minimum 20 years of relevant project experience in structural design for large scale bridge/viaduct
• Candidate should possess experience in the design of vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale & complexity to our project
• Technical expertise and knowledge in bridges, concrete structures and viaduct design is essential for this position
• Proficient with all stages of the development cycle for design & build projects
• Proficient in various structural analysis software application (MIDAS, RM, etc.)
• Proven background in project management
• Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
