Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations, such as the Singapore Building Control Act.
• Provide technical support during construction, including site visits, inspections, and resolving technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• A drive to explore new technologies and methodologies.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
