Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Student Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing age-appropriate activities for children aged 7-11.
- Assisting students with homework assignments and providing academic support when needed.
- Facilitating our reflective reading, outdoor and various holiday programs.
- Promoting a safe and inclusive environment where students can learn, play, and develop their social skills.
- Engaging students in meaningful conversations and promoting social interactions among students.
- Collaborating with the center's team to ensure a cohesive experience for students.
- Ensuring the center's facilities and materials are well-maintained and safe for student use.
We are looking for someone with...
- A love for working with children and a commitment to their overall development.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Student Care WSQ certification or any relevant education qualification will be an advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification will be an advantage.
