SENIOR SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitor the processes and provide training and team building sessions.
• Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals.
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in the related industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
