Senior Supply Chain Executive (SEAO & Export Markets), Scent & Care
The primary role of Senior Supply Chain Executive includes support the Regional Supply Chain team to deliver required supply chain results: applicable KPI's (OTD (On time Delivery), Leadtime, Inventory DOH(Days of holding), Transportation budget, Production output, minimizing waste (such as blocked stocks and aging materials), Forecast Accuracy and Profit value) .
Customer Centric: partner with Commercial teams to meet customers requirements and needs, maintaining relationships including audits, improvement projects from SEAO and Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.
In additional, you will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers. This role reports directly to Supply Chain Director, SEAO & Export Markets.
The Position:
Key player within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and days of inventory and forecast accuracy
Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Be the key contact point for monthly sales forecast sanity check and consensus analysis.
Key led for Monthly Operations, Pre-S&OP and Weekly ASF meetings.
Leads or assists in continuously improvement projects and interacts with stakeholders to enable project outcomes. Presents data findings and deep business insights to various levels of management, including direct supervisor and executive leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree/Master in any discipline with at least 2 years experience in supply chain
Responsible, responsive & committed

Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP ERP
