Our Client, a Leading Prestigious firm is seeking to recruit a Senior System Administrator for their IT department.
Location: Central Singapore (Near Raffles Place MRT)
Details:
- To provide system and application support across the corporate system environment
Deploying, managing and maintaining enterprise virtualization technologies including VMWare and HyperV - Manage enterprise class converged hardware including Cisco UCS, Hitachi HDS, Nutanix and EMC
- Involved in troubleshooting of storage related issues related to Dell EMC Storage arrays, VPlex and support knowledge of Brocade Storage switch Technologies
- Involved in scripting and automation skills converting manual and maintenance functions into fully orchestrated automation
- Ability to operate in a complex, highly-available and operation environment
- Support a complex distributed infrastructure involving network, Load Balancer, Storage, Databases etc
- Responsible for partnering with application and helpdesk teams to deliver seamless infrastructure support to whole corporate
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience working with server and storage hardware, software, including VMware, Dell Server, Cisco UCS and Storage Systems, Windows etc.
- Experience in supporting 24x7 operational environment
- Candidate must have a good understanding of ITIL, including Service Management, Capacity Management, and Change Management
- Good verbal and written communications skills
