Role & Responsibilities
- Support IT strategy relating to supply chain operations and systems
- Work with other Apps Lead to ensure proper system integrations and data integrity
- Identify and assess the use of Data Analytics, Robotics Process Automation, IoTs and AI
- Work with vendors and business stakeholders to design, build, implement and support Track and Trace Solution
- Conduct user requirements workshops for process discovery, process analysis and documentation of requirement specification to deliver innovative solutions for supply chain and site operations
- Prepare Process Design Document (PDD) and ensure its timely sign-off by stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external developers on Solution Design Document (SDD)
- Manage enhancements, system fixes, project risks, mitigation and contingency
- Vendor Management on project and support matters
- Provide training to users and work closely with technical teams (Infrastructure & Security, Applications and EUC to ensure proper system security, performance, data integrity and compliance to established policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or data science or supply chain management (SCM) or a related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Managment and Logistics industry
- Proficient in the use of data analytics tools
- Familiar with RPA, AI technologies
- Have experience with of SCM applications like WMS, TMS, OMS and SAP MM
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Supply Chain Management and Control Tower
