Job Responsibilities
As part of our efforts to change and unify the way Castlery collaborates as an organisation, we are currently looking for a Senior System Engineer to join us in helping to develop our Netsuite ERP system which will serve multiple departments (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.). Your job responsibilities as our System Engineer are as per below.
- Work with technology teams to develop well-integrated and high-performance solutions.
- Bring latest product features to the systems and advise the most appropriate uses of them.
- Work with our development teams to create new features in NetSuite and integrating with our other ERP software.
- Constantly improve processes and systems to drive efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support to system users.
- Create and maintain documentations for both business and technical details.
- Be the Go-To expert and drive workplace productivity in Castlery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 35 Years of experience with NetSuite Developer tools and/or working experience as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Engineer or its equivalent.
- Strong command of JavaScript & SQL.
- Good knowledge of REST services and API design.
- Passion and curiosity for solving challenging problems by leveraging on the right technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment and lead changes.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to deliver sophisticated ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
